Individual Consultations

David Woods, Transana’s Lead Developer, answers most Transana-related questions at no charge as part of user support. However, when a request will require interaction outside the scope of normal user support, he is available for individual consultations.

The most frequent topic for individual consultations is the implementation of a specific analysis within Transana. If you want Dr. Woods to make suggestions about how you could best approach your data, or you want to discuss issues that might take more than a few minutes to explain, you may want an individual consultation.
