All requests for program support for Transana should be directed to the Transana User Forums.

Because of the outrageous behavior of message board spammers, you must register for an account and have your account approved before you can post to the board. (I got tired of spending an hour or more a day deleting medication advertisements and pornographic images from the board.)

If you wish to register for the board using a gmail.com e-mail address, you will need to do so between Monday morning and Thursday evening, as this domain is used a lot by the spammers and I turn it off on the weekends so I can get a little rest! If your e-mail domain ends with ".cn", you will need to e-mail me before you can register for the board because on one particularly aggressive spammer who consistently uses fake Chinese domain names. (I had to delete over 150 accounts from this person one weekend.) If you are having trouble registering for the board, please e-mail me.

People who have purchased Transana can reach me via Skype by appointment. Skype's capacity for displaying the desktop is occasionally very helpful in figuring out the answer to a support question. But please try to get your question resolved on the discussion board before suggesting this support mechanism.
